Tietan Dental Team History
In 1952, Dr. Robert Kellogg started providing dental care to Walla Walla - a tradition that has been continued by his family for 52 years.
First, his son, Dr. Don Kellogg, joined the practice in 1972; six years later, he expanded to his own office. Then is 1986, another son, Dr. David Kellogg, took over his dad's practice. A third dentist, Dr. David Hernandez, joined Don's practice in the early 1990s. The three doctors became partners in 1997, forming the Tietan Dental Team.
In August of 2005, Don's daughter, Dr. Julie Kellogg, joined Tietan Dental Team. She is the third generation dentist in the Kellogg family and is excited about being back in Walla Walla working with the team.
Tietan Dental Team doctors are members of many dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and the American Academy of General Dentistry. They participate in all aspects of dental continuing education in order to provide patients with the latest in care.
Members of the Tietan Dental Team want their patients to feel better about themselves. Doctors, hygienists, and staff are ready to provide quality dental healthcare, a warm smile, or a reassuring pat on the shoulder. They share their patients' triumphs and joys, and they always have an encouraging word. Their work each day brings meaning to their philosophy that "Everyone Smiles in the Same Language."
